Who Does the District Serve

The District serves all residents within Commerce City and areas of unincorporated Adams County for a total service area of 68.78 square miles. In 2000, the population of the District was 25,000. As of the 2020 U.S. Census, the population of Commerce City was 62,418 (1,858 people per square mile.  Emergency call volume has increased by an average of 9% each year since 2014
