Food Truck Operational Permit: 

  • Mobile Food Vendors are an emerging fire safety risk. In order to protect our citizens, visitors and vendors to our district, any Food Trucks or Mobile Food Vendors with equipment that produces smoke or grease-laden vapors are required to obtain an Operational Permit from South Adams County Fire Department.
How to submit an operational permit:
  1. Register to use our Permit Portal. You can register by clicking here. After you register you will receive an email with instructions on how to login.
  2. Using our application below, complete the application.
  3. Verify with our checklists that all supporting documents are included in the submittal.
  4. Using our Permit Portal submit your application and supporting documents.
