Miles joined SACFD in 2017 as a fleet technician and then as a lead fleet technician in 2020, he became our Chief Mechanic where he oversees our fleet division and two shop techs. Mile has an extensive mechanic background with 20+ years of experience and was previously employed at Stewart  & Stevenson working on fire trucks and engines out of college then went to the City Of Northglenn as a mechanic for 12 years and then to the Fire Department in 2017.  Miles has an Associate Degree in Automotive and Diesel, EVT Certified, ASE Certified, and Diesel Emissions State Certified.  Committees include; Safety Committee, Uniform Committee, EVT Fire Mechanics

In my off time, I like so to spend with my family camping and spending time outdoors. I have been married to my wife for 18 years and have 2 kids 16 and 14.
