Dedicated to Heath Gumm. Adams County Sheriff’s Deputy Heath Gumm who was killed in the line of duty in January 2018. On May 24, 2018 at Station 24 we honored the dedication to Deputy Gumm where members of his family, Adams County Sheriff and community were present and assisted with the traditional wash down and drying of the truck before going into service. Jim Gumm father of Heath is a retired West Metro Fire Rescue Firefighter did the honors and the first to drive the truck following the wash down. Many members of SACFD worked alongside Deputy Gumm and played hockey with him for several years.
