Welcome to the South Adams County Fire Department (SACFD).  Each year, our department responds to more than 11,500 medical and fire emergencies throughout a diverse and dynamic service area. This includes major highways, extensive industrial zones, commercial centers, residential neighborhoods, and Colorado’s only oil refinery.

SACFD is a department rooted in tradition, driven by passion, and committed to innovation and excellence. We are dedicated to serving our community and all who live in or travel through our district with integrity, professionalism, and care.
